These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://valleyseptic.ca (the "Site") and the septic services provided by Valley Septic Services & Tank Pumping ("Valley Septic", "we", "us", or "our"). Our services
Valley Septic provides septic tank pumping, inspections, septic alarm service, grease trap cleaning, emergency response, and related services throughout the Fraser Valley, British Columbia. The scope of any specific job is defined in the quote or work order we provide for that job.
Quotes, bookings, and pricing
- Prices, quotes, and estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information available to us at the time. Final pricing may change once we inspect the system or site conditions on location.
- Submitting a booking or quote request does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only once we contact you to schedule it.
- You agree to provide accurate information about your property, your septic system, and the work required so we can serve you safely and effectively.
Property access and site conditions
To perform our services, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, the septic tank, and any related components, including locating tank lids where possible. Additional charges may apply for excavation, locating buried components, difficult access, or conditions that could not be reasonably anticipated when the work was quoted.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Missed appointments or cancellations made after our crew has been dispatched may be subject to a service or trip charge.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional charges as permitted by law.
Emergency service
We offer 24/7 emergency septic service. Emergency, after-hours, and weekend calls may be billed at rates different from standard service and will be communicated to you before work begins where reasonably possible.
Warranties and disclaimers
We perform our work with reasonable skill and care and in line with accepted industry practice. Septic systems are affected by age, design, usage, soil, and prior maintenance that are outside our control. Except as required by law, our services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the future performance of a system or the absence of pre-existing conditions or defects.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valley Septic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
Website content
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Valley Septic Services & Tank Pumping or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
